 Charles F. Day serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Charles F. Day & Associates LLC, bringing over four decades of leadership experience spanning both military and corporate sectors. Since founding the company, he has developed and executed the strategic vision guiding its operations, while also serving as the principal architect of its business systems. A former U.S. Army officer with commendable service, including roles as Project Officer and Weapons Systems Matrix Manager, Charles holds an impressive academic background with advanced degrees from Harvard Business School, Nova Southeastern University, and St. Ambrose University. His dedication to excellence is reflected in numerous accolades, including military honors such as the Bronze Star Medal and induction into the Purdue University ROTC Hall of Fame. 

 Theresa Day serves as the Director of Resources and Comptroller at Charles F. Day & Associates LLC, where she oversees quality, HR, finance, and accounting policies and procedures ensuring operational excellence. Theresa’s extensive background includes leadership roles at the Defense Information Systems Agency and as a visiting professor at the National Defense University, where she contributed to the development of the CFO Academy curriculum. She holds advanced degrees from Harvard University, Nova Southeastern University, and St. Ambrose University, and brings a wealth of experience in organizational leadership, finance, and quality management.
