- Acquisition and Logistics
Charles F. Day and Associates provides Logistics Management services to the Department of Defense, primarily to the Army and Marine Corps. We perform all aspects of logistical support and specialize in Weapon Systems Management; we excel in aquisition, transportaion, maintenance, and repair and also provide training on several different systems.
- Training and Doctrine
CFDay is a Prime contractor for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity training contract released in 2010 valid through 2015. Teamed with 12 members of industry and academia, we support Fires Force initiatives in development, assessment, analysis, staffing, integration and documenting concepts, doctrine development, organization requirements, material requirements and production of training and doctrine products. Team CFDay recently won the doctrinal writing task to update or develop five Field Artillery and three Air Defense Artillery Army Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (ATTP) manuals or Training Circulars.
CFDay is one of three small business “prime contractors” awarded the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, support contract. The objective of this master, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award task order contract is to provide services to the MSCoE in support of its mission to: develop and produce training strategies; doctrine; concepts; instruction and products for the current and future force for the Engineer, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN), and Military Police Schools. Primary support task areas include: general technical, analytical, and operational support; doctrine and training development; training; force modernization; general test and evaluation; simulations and analysis; and geospatial.
Our largest logistics support and training program supports the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer (M777). Based out of the Home of the Artillery, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, we currently conduct New Equipment Training (NET) and maintenance support for the Army’s Lightweight M777.

Our advanced R&D group has developed a number of leading edge solutions for the marketplace. Our newest platform is called Intelligent Data Discovery or IDD. It will enable organizations to more efficiently and effectively manage and transform their data. It offers the advantage of managing your data in a stable environment. Thus making it independent of the highly transitional process by which we migrate and deploy new and legacy applications.
